Chimera does do dotted-h

My apologies for smearing Chimera and Mozilla. It turns out that the reason I wasn't seeing the dotted-h on my PowerBook was that on that machine I was using an Adobe OTF font. If you look at it in Chimera on a machine with Apple's Palatino TrueType font, it does work. So maybe Mozilla could use some tweaking, but it's not totally bad.
