Animals aren't people
PETA's always been a bunch of hypocrites. Despite claiming ethics, they show no moral backbone when they claim that animals are on the level of people.
A few months ago, they protested to Arafat for his use of donkeys in suicide bombings.
Now their latest ad campaign compares the killing of animals for food to the Holocaust. I'm horrified, and am gladly endorsing the call for an International Eat an Animal for PETA Day. Spread the word. Eat meat. Or at least eggs and cheese. And write PETA.
