I belong to a user group called The Michigan Apple whose elections were today. A bunch of us got together and ran as a slate.
We won. I'm the president, Dave is the VP. Noel is publications director. Art is vendor relations, and Chris is community relations (which isn't what he was running for and may not actually be a board position). The vote was pretty decisive from what I hear.
The fun is now over. It's now time to take the ball and run hard. I'm ready.
