Photo Gallery
I had a photo gallery for my Mayanot Birthright Israel pictures that was a quick-and-dirty PHP script I'd swiped. The problem is that it wasn't very extensible and it took a bit of effort to fix up. So I just switched to My Photo Gallery, a CGI system. I did a decent amount of mod_rewrite hacking to make it always go through cgiwrap and yet still display the pictures.
So check out the Photo Gallery; it's pretty slick.
