Introduction

Purpose

This project is to develop an automated billing system for MegaOhm Power, an electric utility company. The system is to collect the meter readings of meter readers, and to generate bills for its customers. In addition, it is to manage the accounts of customers and provide a method to manage debated bills.

Organization

This report is organized into six sections:

• Title page (The title)
• Introduction (An overview of the project)
• Software Requirements (The requirements that the software must meet)
• Software Design Specifications (The design of the software derived from the requirements)
• Software User Documentation (Instructions for the end-user to use the software)
• Appendix (Lots of good pictures and incredible detail)

Objectives

The goal of the project was to produce a billing system for MegaOhm to fulfill its needs of generating bills, and all the other processes that it involves.
